To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Jewelry should be returned in its original box or packaging to avoid damage.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or any customized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
